Grace To Help In Time Of Need – Korede & Komaiya

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Eph 2:8 (NLT)

Grace is the extra-ordinary goodness of God to His people. The entire Christian life is powered and driven by grace. The Bible makes it clear that God’s grace is a gift, so you can’t work to earn it, you only need to value it, appreciate it and covet more of it.

Grace can be explained in three simple ways as:
Bestowed goodness;
Bestowed abilities; and
Bestowed blessings

Grace is the key to change. You will struggle to the level to which you don’t depend on grace. The truth is, our entrance into Christianity was by grace so at no point can you continue in your christian journey by relying on your works. You will continue to be a major hindrance to the flow of grace in your life when you are relying on your own effort and strength. Wherever you see grace, you will see favour, blessing and every good thing.

Grace is what you need in that area of weakness, it is what qualifies you so that God can take all the glory for everything He does for you and through you.

According to 2 Cor. 12:9 the only thing that is sufficient is God’s grace. Your own strength may not be sufficient, your connection may not be sufficient, even, your faith may not be sufficient, but God’s grace is ever sufficient.

Every born again believer already has a measure of God’s grace because you could not have been saved without it. So all you have to do is to grow in it and one major way to grow in God’s grace is to share the same grace that saved you with others who are not yet saved. Winning lost souls back to Christ is one major way to multiply the grace of God upon your life.

Father I thank You for the release of Your grace upon my life which enables me to fearlessly share the good news of Your love to the unsaved thereby winning them in their numbers to God’s Kingdom, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Sharing the good news with others is one major way to grow in Gods grace.
