The Bible didn’t leave us in the dark concerning these things. Many a time, we have misunderstood or deliberately misused these terms…but for clarity let’s see them Bible perspective.

ACCUSATION: This is basically Satan’s ministry;

Revelation 12:10

For the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down from this place, where he stood before our God accusing them day and night.

Why is he the accuser? He presents invalid arguments, he accuses them.of what God has cleared them of. He calls you a sinner but God calls you righteous. The accuser only follows up on you to see your error then, presents it against you to a higher authority. You must understand that calling out an error is not same as accusation… error can be called out for the purpose of correction and also helping people not to fall into same error….while ACCUSATION is calling out for someone’s error for evil motive. Therefore when someone is only after your mistake, even when you have repented of such…that fellow is an accuser and runs Satan’s ministry.

CORRECTION: Correction is a biblical principle which many misunderstand and take for either accusation or judgement. It is our duty to correct error when it is spotted out else it can amplify and cause more damage. Correction is aimed at making the wrong person a better person. We can judge from the word of God to know what is correct and wrong. It is important to know that an error that is committed publicly should also be publicly corrected. For example, if someone comes on public space to say your redemption is tied to how much offering you can give….such should also be corrected in the public space and not necessarily mentioning names. If we don’t accept correction we are headed for corruption;

2 Timothy 3:16

New International Version
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness

COMMENDATION: This is a virtue that many don’t use, they only use either rebuke, correction, condemnation or even accusation. Jesus used this and we can see it I His letter to the Churches in the book of Revelation;

Revelation 3:8

I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name
Iike Jesus, we must learn to commend people where they have done well.

Condemn an act but don’t Condemn the actor. Evil should be Condemned and not persons. It is not a sign of love to cover evil.
